Sometimes you can see too many Charleston homes for sale

Charleston homes for saleI worked with clients recently seeing homes and we just saw too many in one day. After all, you really only want to find one perfect home and there really isn't a right or wrong number of homes to choose to view and more than likely you will pick too many or too few to see.

Depending on how slowly or quickly you look at homes, you have to decide how to best use your time.

Some house hunters narrow down the number of homes to view when searching the Charleston MLS to only a few, ruling out a home to see for the slightest reason. Once in a while, you think you found the right home but when you get there, you notice something that you couldn't determine online and that rules out the home from your consideration.

Others find so many homes that they think might be the right one that they want to see just about everything (which of course is practically impossible) but when they get to some of the homes, sometimes they wonder why they picked them in the first place.

The problem with too few is that you might be disappointed, the problem with too many is either you might wind up confused at the end of the day or you have too many choices available to you and then you can't really decide which is the best.

But the most important thing is to know what you're looking for so that when you find it, you know it.
