What could be even better than a good agent review
With all the talk about agent reviews these days, even better than a good review or a testimonial might be a very happy client who thanks you with dinner at one of Charleston's finest restaurants.
It's pretty traditional for a real estate agent to buy a thank you / housewarming gift for their buyers. It's a little more unusual for a buyer to give a gift to their real estate agent and while several buyers have done exactly that over the years, it's always a surprise.
So when my clients who just closed on a second home in Charleston the other day invited my wife and I to dinner as a thank you for my helping them with their purchase, I told them that it was totally unnecessary but that didn't deter them and they insisted so tonight we're getting together at Magnolias for a fun evening.
And while I'm on the subject of reviews, since my clients are from out of town and asked me where I would like to eat, I chose Magnolias because it's one of my very favorite restaurants in Charleston; at Magnolias you can always count on both great food and great service.
