I was reminded to brag about Charleston's weather
The Charleston MLS just changed vendors who handle showing appointments and I attended an orientation seminar yesterday. The company, ShowingTime, is headquartered in Chicago (which just happens to be my hometown) and the 3 representatives who visited Charleston were simply thrilled with not only our beautiful and historic city but our weather which just happens to be nothing short of spectacular this week with sunshine and highs in the 70's.
Now that's a little higher than normal for this time of year but I haven't heard many complaints from anybody I know.
And so if you're looking for a place to live that will keep you away from the cold and snow of Northern and Midwestern winters, may I suggest you consider relocating to Charleston.
