Slow, holidays ahead
Has anybody else noticed how rushed everything is around the holidays as if the stores are going to run out of stuff whether it's food, clothing or whatever and how the parking lots have turned into a NASCAR race for the best parking space.
But what is usual at this time of year is that the Charleston real estate market slows a bit with people focused on the holidays rather than searching for a new home although there always seem to be some visitors to Charleston during Thanksgiving and Christmas who combine their visit with a little house hunting.
So slow down a little bit and enjoy the holiday season.
