Charleston named number 1 tourist destination in America

And it's been the big buzz around Charleston and the Charleston hospitality industry for the past day. As an example, my wife who is in the hospitality industry came home last night and the first words out of her mouth were, "Charleston's number 1".
Charleston debuted in the Conde Nast Travelers Readers' Choice Awards List in 1993 at number 6 and earned a top 10 rating for the next 16 years including runner up to San Francisco for the past 3 and Charleston has finally displaced the City by the Bay this year.
