More Charleston MLS follies [tiny pictures]

Charleston real estateCharleston MLSThe Charleston MLS allows listing agents to post up to 24 pictures when listing homes for sale and they can be as large as 640 by 480 pixels. House hunters want to see as many pictures as possible, that's probably their number one basis for determining whether they want to personally view a home.

So I was amused to find this listing that had only 5 pictures and you've just got to see them for yourself. (Usually, I have to crop or re-size or do something to anonymize a home for sale to avoid any embarrassment but with pictures that are only 113 by 125 including white space and only 113 by 85 when you crop the white space out, it wasn't necessary because you probably couldn't figure out which of the 8000 or so homes for sale in Charleston this could be anyway.)

Buyers: would you want to view this home? Sellers: do you know what your listing agent is doing when you're not looking?

well it beats one picture of the outside of the home, Especially when it is a very nice home, unless I know the area the home is in, I avoid going to homes like that, as either the home looks awful inside or the agent is super lazy (especially when it is a really nice home), so it appears they will not do what they need to do to get the job done
