Charleston's most expensive homes for sale
Charleston real estate has homes for every budget but for those fortunate enough to not worry about a budget, here are the most expensive homes currently offered for sale in Charleston.
The above link is dynamic and by that, it means that if you happen to be reading this tomorrow or next year, the search results could have changed but as of right now as I publish this, there are 17 homes currently offered for sale in excess of $5 million (actually there are 16 but one property is co - listed).
But as of today, you'll find quite a few homes in the Historic Charleston Peninsula ranging in price up to $23 million and two waterfront estates on the Charleston Harbor, one in downtown Charleston and one in Mount Pleasant. Aside from historic, waterfront is the dominant theme and of course, The Isle of Palms, Kiawah Island and Daniel Island are represented along with several plantations.
