I'm not the world's greatest real estate photographer but there are several angles to consider when photographing a home, left, right, straight and from above.
Since online house hunters who search the Charleston MLS are just as interested in finding homes they like as much as ruling out others for any variety of reasons, it's important to put your best photo first when listing a home for sale.
So when you see a photo of a house for sale in Charleston like the one pictured to your left, if the photo was shot from the right side of the home, it would feature the home instead of the garage (and yes, there is a lot of established foliage hiding the home but...)
