HH Hunt Homes at The Ponds Summerville is Hot, Hot, Hot
A new home builder to the Charleston area recently started construction at The Ponds in Summerville. HH Hunt Homes from Virginia recently completed their model and one of my clients absolutely fell in love with it and wrote a contract.
They were on a preliminary trip with plans to retire to Charleston from Texas in the next few years but after seeing this home with a great floor plan, they moved up their schedule. The introductory pricing and additional incentives was the icing on the cake.
And the site agent at The Ponds told me that they have sold 5 homes since the model was completed in the past month.
Who says nobody's buying.
