[Game Over Mubarak] but what does that have to do with Charleston real estate
Watching TV last evening, I noticed a sign in Tahrir Square, Game Over Mubarak. Hosni Mubarak finally understood the clock ticked down to zero and that his regime was over. The Egyptian Revolution took only a dramatic 18 days.
But what does that have to do with Charleston real estate anyway.
Well, it could be the buyers who finally got tired of waiting for 3rd party lender approval for that short sale they were trying to buy.
Or it could be that protracted negotiation with neither party willing to budge in order to come to an agreement to buy and sell a home.
Or my client who grew tired of waiting for BofA to deliver a clear title in the foreclosure they were trying to buy (and unfortunately, the bank can't provide any kind of time frame for how long the curative process might take).
Sometimes it's time to move on. The clock ticked down to zero.
