If you haven't seen The Ponds lately, now is the perfect time to take a look. I recently visited and toured homes with a client who were very excited with what they saw.
This magnificent master planned community in Summerville is more exciting than ever with new homes priced from the low $200s to the high $300s from DR Horton, Sabal Homes, Harbor Homes, David Weekley Homes and HH Hunt who is making their debut in the Charleston real estate market.
At the left is the original farmhouse which serves as the neighborhood amenity center.
There are lots of activities for everyone with parks and playgrounds, a junior Olympic pool, Schulz Lake which is the headwaters of the Ashley River, ponds and miles of trails, thousands of acres set aside as a conservancy and an on site YMCA. Harris Teeter will be building a new grocery store at the entrance to the neighborhood.
