What does this new coffee maker have to do with Charleston real estate
Take note of the color of this new coffee maker we just got from Capresso.
It's silver and black and generally, I favor white appliances. Our old Capresso just died after providing us with 9 years of great coffee and I hoped that they were still in business because it isn't a brand that you can find at very many stores so I went online and was delighted to find their website (and they really do have some very nice products).
And while I would have ordered the exact same coffee maker that I had, it seems that everything has been updated and before you think that I'm just an old fogey, white would have better matched our kitchen. But, you have to buy what's available and matching colors with popular stainless appliances is what manufacturers are offering.
Since we'll be putting our house on the market after the first of next year and then buying a new home, I expect that I'll have to accept that white appliances are going to be harder to find and that we'll probably go with stainless.
But our shiny new coffee maker will fit in perfectly.
