Maintain your curb appeal if you're selling your home in Charleston
My home isn't for sale ... yet (but I'll let you know when it is).
With this summer's hot temperatures and lots of rain, flowers and shrubs are either growing wild or dying and if your home has been for sale in Charleston for a few months and hasn't sold yet, take a good look at your curb appeal today. The first impression that buyers have when viewing your home is that all important curb appeal and maybe you'll need to trim some shrubs or plant some fresh flowers to recapture that all important look that says, buy me.
And dare I say, keep your lawn cut, trimmed and edged.
Here are some pictures of both appealing and not so appealing landscaping in summer.
Nice!

And stay cool and drink lots of water when working outdoors.
