Sure, it's summer and the heat index is over 100 degrees but here's a cool deal if you're thinking of selling your home in Charleston this fall. If you list your home with me before September 30, 2010, I will pay for a pre inspection. A pre inspection before putting your home on the market might be a very good idea to avoid costly surprises after you get a contract.
When you make the necessary repairs that might be discovered during a pre inspection, your home will show better in top condition, potential buyers will feel more comfortable with their decision and the chances are better that your home will sell quicker and for more money.
