Home sales all around the Charleston area
Some Mount Pleasant real estate agents probably only sell in Mount Pleasant and some Summerville real estate agents might specialize in Summerville and occasionally sell a home in Goose Creek or North Charleston. And I'm sure there are some Charleston real estate agents who don't leave their zip code but I noticed that I've had sales all around the Charleston area.
Clients who interview me to work with them often ask me what area of Charleston do I specialize in and basically my answer is that I can help them as long as I'm knowledgeable and familiar with an area and recent transactions seem to bear this out. I don't want to suggest that I'll go anywhere as long as a home is listed in the Charleston MLS because Charleston covers a very large geographic area and when I meet someone who wants to look at homes for sale in an area I not familiar with, I can usually refer them to a very good agent who is more local to that area.
