How this Charleston real estate agent stays cool this summer

Charleston real estate agent at workSometimes, it isn't easy.

The other day, I showed a lender owned home on Daniel Island to a client and of course, the electricity was turned off and that means no air conditioning. It was blazing hot.

And with temperatures in the 90's for 40 of the last 50 days and summer not even half over, it's not easy to stay cool this summer if you are a Charleston real estate agent or almost anyone else who lives in the Lowcountry.

But there are ways.

Air conditioning, ceiling fans, a polo shirt and shorts ...

and how about those cool shoes Wink

Those are cute shoes and your legs look like they are nice and cool too. I just try to stay close to the fan and hope the weather guy is wrong as the day progresses.

From June through September, the weatherman is never wrong and they don't even have to look outside to see if they'll be right, mostly sunny with highs in the 90's with a chance of afternoon showers.

My wife loves the shoes ;>)
