Charleston MLS listings to be more accurate

... beginning in August. Charleston real estate agents have rules and regulations to follow when listing homes for sale in the Charleston MLS. Sometimes, the listings don't have pictures, good directions or complete and allowable information so the Charleston MLS will be increasing fines and eliminating grace periods to ensure accurate information at the time a listing is entered.

“In an age when data is sent around the world almost instantaneously, the elimination of the grace period will help to prevent incorrect information from being distributed in the first place.”

But can anything be done about improving the quality of photos of Charleston homes for sale. TILT Wink
