If you're searching the Charleston MLS, what's most important to you
With the news that Trulia and Zillow have partnered their real estate searches with CNN Money and Yahoo respectively, I wonder what is most important to the Charleston house hunter who is searching online for homes for sale in Charleston.
All or none of the above or something else.
I am currently looking into offering a new search portal for website vistitors to search the Charleston MLS with a new IDX solution (unless you are a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, CTAR, you actually can't search the MLS directly but must use what is called an IDX or Internet Data Exchange).
