Bloomberg reports on how some real estate agents are "flopping" homes for short sale fraud.

And LoanSafe reports that short sale fraud is skyrocketing with real estate agents, law firms and rogue lenders.

The WSJ reports on fraud associated with the home buyer tax credit.

The LA Daily News reports on fraudulent loan modification schemes, and in my opinion, these characters are totally disgusting.

And finally, squatters, trespassers and swindlers are misusing the concept of adverse possession to their fraudulent advantage. More from the Sun Sentinel.
