If you're buying a home in Charleston, don't settle for less
than what you really want ... and regret your decision.
I'm currently working with some clients and we've seen a lot of homes. There has always been one thing or another that just isn't perfect. That's to be expected. Even if you build a custom home, it's likely that there are one or two things you just didn't anticipate that you might have wished you did or didn't do.
But, that doesn't mean that if the home you are considering doesn't seem right for whatever reason, that you should just accept it and compromise. And it doesn't matter whether you are looking for a home selling for $1,200,000 or $120,000.
Sometimes you can find the perfect home after looking at less than a dozen homes. Once in a while, it might be the very first home you view (it's happened several times). But sometimes, you just have to be patient that the right home will eventually be found.
