Charleston mortgage report, today's rates April 9,2010
There was a bit of a wild ride in the mortgage market over the past week with rates shooting higher as April began and then eased slightly. Dan Green offers an explanation of what happened and predicts slightly lower rates in the next week. And as you'll notice below, mortgage rates are a little higher than last week for the 30 year conventional and FHA / VA loans.
