Sometimes, you can view dozens of homes for sale and nothing is just right. It really shouldn't but it could take days or even weeks to find the perfect home for sale in Charleston depending on your time frame and your availability to go out and see homes for sale.
But once in a while, the very first home that you see is the perfect home for you. It just happened this past weekend with a buyer I was working with. Now of course, we did go see more homes but everything kept pointing back to the first home of the day. Nothing else compared to the floor plan, upgrades, lot, location, price and all the other factors that buyers consider when buying a home.
It's a feeling you get when you know it's the right home for you.
