Today's Charleston real estate mantra: I want a good deal
Of course everyone wants a good deal in today's Charleston real estate market. And it's almost become the buyer's mantra.
I was with some clients showing a home earlier today and as it happens, another agent was showing the same home just before we got there. We waited for them to leave and then we walked in but what did we overhear them ask their agent?
How low do you think we can get this house for.
And even earlier in the day, I got a call from another client who just decided to relocate to Charleston and when I was asking her what she was looking for in a home, her first response was that her husband wanted a good deal.
(Then she told me what she liked.) 
And there are some great deals out there in today's market.
