It's cyber Monday so is anyone thinking about buying a home online today
Since today is the online world's version of black Friday, is anyone thinking about buying a home online today or are you just shopping at Amazon.com. Actually, it isn't as far fetched as you might think since one of my clients actually did buy a home online recently.
While buying sight unseen is not necessarily the recommended way to buy a home, one of my clients found a home online and asked me to go out and take additional photos and measure the rooms and give them my opinion. They wrote a contract and never did see the home until the morning of the closing.
There was a little nervousness as we pulled into the neighborhood. 
But it all turned out fine since the home was exactly as they thought it would be.
