An unusual Charleston picture

The weather in Charleston is generally great and I'm the first to brag about it to folks from the Northeast and Midwest who are considering relocation to Charleston. And while those areas have been especially hard hit by bad weather this winter, look what I saw this morning.

 

OK, I know it doesn't compare to pictures I've seen from New Jersey, Chicago, Minnesota and other Northern locales ... but this is Charleston after all.

Charlie, it's a good thing that the schools were already closed because this kind of weather makes for very unsafe travel.

And a nice fire is just right for this kind of evening.

Id still trade your weather for ours here in NY...its been a particularly wintry winter so far with Low temps not seen in a LOOOONG time.
