[Charleston real estate] location, location, location
The three most important words in real estate are location, location, location. Despite today's current troubled housing industry, here is a perfect example of why Charleston real estate meets the location test. I just noticed a home apparently in need of total renovation that went under contract in less than two weeks. The home is located in downtown Charleston just below the crosstown where lots of renovation of older homes is occurring. The area is popular with students from The College of Charleston, faculty, staff and students at MUSC, real estate investors and others who simply want to live in Historic Downtown Charleston.
