Are you motivated
After showing a home recently (actually I showed a lot of homes), I received this email from the listing agent.
“If your client is at all interested in this home, the sellers are very motivated!”
If you are selling your home in today's Charleston real estate market, you had better be a motivated seller.
Or, you shouldn't be selling.
Your home is competing with a whopping 464 single family homes priced between $250,000 and $300,000 in just Summerville.
If you aren't motivated, another seller most likely is.
PS: And I only showed about 30 of the available homes for sale.
