A fascination with statistics
Some people must be fascinated with statistics. I wasn't all that interested until recently and actually, when I was in college, I barely passed a course that I took in statistics but that may have had more to do with a boring teacher than the subject.
I do provide a lot of statistics on the Charleston real estate market and they are among the most popular posts. But over two years ago when this blog first began, the 6th post I wrote concerned understanding the difference between median price vs. average price.
And it amazes me that it is the most viewed post on this blog and it continues to steadily get about a dozen views every week. There is both an interest and a fascination with statistics and an excel spreadsheet certainly makes statistics easier to analyze.
