While the growing numbers of foreclosures I am noticing coming on the market are not good news for the families who lost their homes, it does represent a good opportunity for those of you who are interested in buying a foreclosed home in the Charleston area. Increasing foreclosures have been happening elsewhere around the country and now the Charleston area is seeing the same trend.
