Charleston MLS search is now even better
Searching for Charleston homes for sale is now even better with the new search interface just released. Not only can you use the map based Charleston MLS search to find homes using all the typical criteria including location, price, bedrooms and baths, square footage, etc., but now you can search by schools or school districts, days on market, price reductions or even foreclosures or distressed properties for sale.
My IDX provider, Diverse Solutions, has developed a propriety algorithm that analyzes each property's description to determine whether or not a property is a pre-foreclosure or has been foreclosed upon.
For those of you interested in a home either newly listed or stagnating on the market or searching for properties based on the percentage of price changes over time, it's now available to you.
