When you register to save your search or favorite a property when using the map based Charleston MLS search, one of the (optional) questions is whether you are currently working with an agent. And once in a while, and I guess it surprised me, that answer is yes.
So I have a question. If you are currently working with an agent, why are you searching for Charleston homes on my website instead of your agent's website.
Now of course, the easy answer is that the map based search on my website is by far the best search in the Charleston real estate market. And by the way, it will be even better this afternoon or tomorrow when Diverse Solutions (my IDX provider) releases improvements to making your search experience even faster and easier to use.
But back to the question. Why did you choose to work with another agent but not use their website to search the Charleston MLS.
I have tried to build the best Charleston real estate website with the best search, neighborhood information, market statistics, lots of resources and this blog as an example of the kind of service that you can expect from me if you choose me to be your real estate agent.
So start searching and when you find a home or homes that interest you, if you aren't currently working with an agent, I'd appreciate it if you would consider choosing me to be your real estate agent.
