From the you've got to be kidding me files of Charleston real estate:
I just noticed the following sentence in a new listing in the Charleston MLS and you just have to laugh.
Owners are very motivated!!! ... Sorry ... No showings until October 12th!!!
Apparently, the owners are not quite motivated today ...
but they will be motivated sellers beginning on October 12.
