Hey Fay

Many people who are considering relocating to the Charleston area ask me if I worry about hurricanes and my answer has always been that you have to be aware of the possibility and pay particular attention during the peak season of late August to late September. But the good thing about hurricanes is that you get a lot of warning and the weather professionals can generally predict where a hurricane is headed. But so far with Fay, they still can't figure it out.

Courtesy of AccuWeather.com, check out the computer model below with most forecasts having Fay go back west over Florida but as you can see, the predicted paths go a lot of different directions. And click here for a video blog by Frank Strait who has a totally different opinion presented in his very entertaining style.
