Charleston real estate market report, June 08 unit sales
June unit sale for both single family homes and condos/townhomes continue at lower levels than previous years. The big bump in sharply higher luxury condos and townhomes sales from earlier this year ended with a dismal month during June. All in all, it seems like a case of doing more with less as you'll see when prices are posted shortly and they continue to hold steady.
