Sellers don't want to sell
... when they make it difficult to view their home.

The Charleston MLS uses a very convenient service to set showing appointments for all real estate agents. One simple number to call (I use speed dial 9 so it's even easier) and the employees at Centralized Showing Service have all the information to quickly verify an appointment or they will call you back quickly after reaching the seller.
But for some reason, not all Charleston real estate agents use the service and the only thing I can figure is that the sellers don't really want to sell.
There is a lot of inventory of available homes to choose from and I called CSS and set up several appointments. But 2 listings that I wanted to see indicated that I should call the agents directly to set an appointment.
Now, it's 36 hours later and neither has returned my phone call so I guess we won't be viewing those homes (not) for sale.
