The most important search phrase in real estate is "city name" real estate and if you could get your website to the top of Google for Charleston real estate, you have "climbed the mountain" as it were.

If you are considering selling your home in the Charleston real estate market, you will get more exposure on the Internet where most buyers are searching today by listing with a real estate agent who has a highly ranked website.
While I may have caught the screenshot of number one, page one today, by the time you do the same search I may in fact be in position 2, 3 or 4 or not on the first page at all but thankfully, it usually is somewhere in the top 4 on page one. It varies daily and there isn't any way to "game" the system.
