A house can't sell if it does not get shown
... and this home may not be shown by very many Charleston real estate agents. (These may not be the dogs referred to but I'm not taking any chances.)
Showing instructions: 2 DOGS (names omitted) CALL BY NAME & GIVE A TREAT BUT DON'T PET OR LET CHILDREN PLAY WITH THEM ... MAY BITE A CHILD. Agent enter first & put slide cover on the doggie door, then get dogs into the sunroom using the treats in the bowl prior to the clients coming into the home. If not the dogs will bark and following you around in the home and it will distract from the showing. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REMOVE THE SLIDE COVER BEFORE LEAVING!!!!
