More craziness at MarketWatch as the spring real estate season is beginning (although my wife is on business in the Northeast and tells me that it's cold up there while Charleston is basking in the 60's and 70's this week and spring is most definitely blooming.)
Chris Pummer writes, "Extraordinary measures: Here's a surefire way for home sellers to get buyers' attention" and frankly, it's not exactly up to their usual good standards of journalism.
If you're selling, think carefully about setting your sales price and present your home in great condition because that is exactly what it takes to get buyers' attention.
And don't forget to read the comments, like yesterday, good real estate entertainment filled with hateful comments regarding real estate agents and other assorted inaccuracies.
