... when other real estate agents select you to handle their Charleston real estate transactions.
Just this week, I am meeting with two real estate agents from other states who want me to be their real estate agent in Charleston. An agent I met in an online forum wants me to list and sell a condominium they have owned as investment property for a few years. The other agent loved my website after finding me at the top of the search results and wants my help with the purchase of a second home in the Charleston area.
