No resolutions, no predictions, just Happy New Year
I'll dispense with New Year's resolutions and simply do what's necessary to lose a few pounds so that I can fit into my tuxedo for a wedding we're planning to attend in Orlando on March 1.
I'm not going to be making any predictions for 2008 on market conditions for the Charleston South Carolina real estate market as the year draws to a close as others traditionally do at this time of year (of course, if you want, you can find my prognosis and predictions for the market throughout this forum).
I simply want to wish everyone a very Happy and Healthy New Year (and stay safe if you are out on the roads this evening).
