2007 Chucktown Bloggers of the Year Awards
Chucktown is an affectionate nickname for Charleston South Carolina and it is with great affection for these fine writers that I present the 2007 Chucktown Bloggers of the Year Awards. Happy Holidays to everyone and congratulations to this year's winners!

Topping the list is the always controversial (especially this weekend) Greg Swann, founder of the BloodhoundBlog, who has assembled a kennel full of the top writers in the real estate blogosphere. Several of the big dogs who write at Bloodhound are 2007 award winners as well (you can find their work both at Bloodhound and their personal sites).
Phoenix seems to be the world headquarters for great bloggers and you simply must read Jay Thompson at The Phoenix Real Estate Guy and Jonathan Dalton, the rabbi of real estate bloggers.
Seattle also garners several winners starting with Ardell at Rain City Guide, her first name is everything you need to know about passionate real estate and the amazing Larry Cragun at Real Estate Undressed.
San Diego has not only the best climate in America but is home to the wonderful Kris and Steve Berg at The San Diego Home Blog, Brian Brady, America's best known mortgage professional and Jeff Brown, the Bawld Guy who knows more about investment real estate than anyone I've ever seen.
On to Austin Texas with husband and wife team, Lani Anglin Rosales and Benn Rosales, who I just started reading at Lani's reRevealed and Benn's industry oriented site for real estate agents, Agent Genius. They are quickly becoming a couple of my favorite reads.
Travel to New York City and prepare to put your thinking cap on with Noah Rosenblatt at Urban Digs and discover just about the best storyteller in the real estate blogosphere, Geno Petro, writing from my home town of Chicago.
And wrapping up a great year of real estate blogging is Teresa Boardman who will warm you up from the frozen tundra of Saint Paul Minnesota, just about the best in the real estate net at sharing the local scene.
