I have read an article about the mortgage freezing, and in my opinion it is not fair to other home owners. Moreover the experts say, that the plan will not help those people who are currently delinquent and are facing foreclosure.

In my opinion the mortgage freezing will help to mortgage house not to people, who are facing foreclosures.

Toronto, thanks for coming south of the border and visiting. I don't think that it is fair or will actually help that many people.
