Is the home included with the laundry room
Sometimes I wonder if sellers know how their real estate agent is marketing their home. Another notable picture in the world of Charleston South Carolina real estate is this excellent photo of the laundry room, and messy as well.
To be fair, there were some good pictures of the exterior and interior of the home, of course, the "required" bathroom shot with the toilet lid up was also available, not included today to avoid overkill.
Buyers want pictures when searching online for homes for sale and agents feel compelled to offer as many as permissible by their MLS. And lots of pictures are certainly preferable to the all too often seen disclaimer to the right, "photo not available at this time".
But the seller would benefit most from as many good marketable pictures as possible being included in the listing, not the most possible pictures.
Quality vs. quantity, which would you choose?
