I had an opportunity recently to view Fieldview, a new neighborhood by Simonini Builders, opening soon in Summerville South Carolina. I was very impressed.
Simonini is an award winning Charlotte North Carolina builder known for very high end construction throughout the Charlotte area as well as projects in Hilton Head Island and locally in Charleston. The firm has built many beautiful homes generally priced upwards of $1 million on Daniel Island and in I'on in Mount Pleasant. This will be their first entry into Summerville and Dorchester County and is the firm's first exclusive project, meaning that they will not be one of a number of builders in a neighborhood.
Fieldview will have 128 homes very affordably priced from the very high $300's to almost $500,000. The traditional neighborhood offers a very lowcountry feeling. Designed by renowned architect Dominick Tringali, the 7 floor plans are available range from 1900 to almost 2600 square feet. Master bedrooms may be upstairs or down depending on floor plan. Common features include 10 foot ceilings, energy efficient construction, porches, studies, fireplaces, open interiors and fine finishes. White picket fences are planned for the front yards and garages are detached.
Tucked in a small parcel of land near the ballfields of Gahagan, the neighborhood features a baseball theme with street names including Fenway Alley, Turner Field Way and Comiskey Park Circle.
