Sandlapper opens new Mount Pleasant office
Sandlapper Real Estate Group has now opened a new office in Mount Pleasant. Sandlapper is the fastest growing real estate agency in the Charleston South Carolina real estate market. In only 3 years, the firm is currently ranked 9th putting it in the top 1% of all Charleston South Carolina real estate agencies.
The new office is not designed as a traditional walk in real estate office, rather it serves 2 functions, first, to offer a place for the Sandlapper agents to meet their clients in the growing Mount Pleasant area and secondly, to serve as headquarters for the Sandlapper Development Division.
With many Sandlapper agents living and working in Mount Pleasant, it serves as a satellite office with computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, etc. along with a conference room to meet with clients who are either buying or selling a home in the Mount Pleasant area.

The Mount Pleasant office is Sandlapper's 3rd office in South Carolina joining the main office on Ashley River Road just outside Downtown Charleston in West Ashley and an office at Picket Fences in Beaufort for general brokerage for the Beaufort South Carolina area as well site sales for the Picket Fences development. An additional satellite office is planned to serve the fast growing Summerville South Carolina area this fall.
