Daniel's Orchard

A new neighborhood, Daniel's Orchard, is coming to Summerville on a 69 acre site that formerly was the Summerville Floral Nursery.

                                                          

The mixed use planned design includes single family homes, townhomes, condominiums and a small commercial village and open space including parks, ponds, sidewalks and walking trails.

Sintra Development based in Mount Pleasant and builders of many beautiful custom homes around the Charleston area will now be coming to Historic Summerville. I would like some information about Daniel's Orchard. I can't find the web site I was on yesterday, but you have a house plan that I really like. It is an Allison Ramsey, Inlet Retreat. I would like to know the location and if this development has been started. Thanks

The homes are definitely growing in the Orchard! We anticipate completion of the first town homes and single family homes by the end of September 2007. Daniel's Orchard is located just off Main Street (Hwy 17A), down Hwy 78 less than a half mile on the right. It is just past Oscar's.
