Buyer representation

I ran across a wonderful post why buyer representation is so important by Doug Quance from Atlanta's Broker's First Realty and a regular contributor to the outstanding Bloodhound Blog.

His post had to do with stucco which is a problem Charleston real estate shares with Atlanta and Charlotte due to the potential for moisture damage in our area of the country and why contacting the listing agent might not get you the entire story.

Sellers have agents representing them in a real estate transaction. Buyers should be represented as well.

Please read the entire story.
