2007 Market trends
I couldn't say it better than Christine Forgione from NY Houses 4 Sale when she writes about 2007 the year of the transition. Simply great advice for sellers and buyers no matter where in the country you happen to live. Whether you live in New York or Charleston or anywhere in between or all the way to the West Coast, real estate is local but the economy is national.
