As to approximately 25% of the small sampling rating Zillow as better than an agent several months ago, with the recent announcement, there are several items that should be pointed out. I went to Zillow to claim my house and set a make me move (MMM) price, why not? I'll always sell! I live in a very well known subdivision that started construction in 2001 and now has approximately 400 homes. Zillow could not find my street (built 2004) or even my neighborhood. I would suggest that Zillow will need to provide much more accurate information but all real estate agents had better sharpen our consultative skills and be prepared for the empowered world.
